Practice Activity Data
Practice Activity Data - April 2024
Please see below our monthly table of activity for the practice for April 2024:
Whilst this doesn’t cover all of the work completed at the practice it hopefully gives a sense of the monthly activity undertaken by our team, demand is higher than ever and we continue to evolve our ways of working to ensure those patients with the greatest clinical need are prioritised.
We have seen an increase in demand across all areas at the practice throughout the first quarter of the year. In April, we saw a 13% increase in the quantity of medication issued in our dispensaries, and a 28% in the number of medication queries that are team are dealing with. We also saw a 22% increase in face-to-face appointments, and a 49% increase in telephone triage appointments which shows the increased demand for urgent appointments and medical advice. These figures are in comparison to last April's figures.
Thank you to all our patients for your continued support to the practice!
